Brian McMahon – Bighorn Sheep – Canada

Wanted to thank you for an awesome muzzleloader Big Horn Sheep hunt with Chungo Creek Outfitters. Was really a 1st class operation and I would recommend them to anyone. I was in the bush for eight days and we counted 217 sheep on the 6 days that weather permitted us to hunt. Some of the 217 sheep were more than likely duplicates, so I would estimate that we saw 90 ewes/fawns and 30 rams. On the second day Greg and I closed the gap on a legal ram to 117 yards, but a change of wind busted us. On the eight day we stalked a group of 6, with two legal rams, within 46 yards. (wishing I had my bow). I’ve enclosed a few pictures of the ram.

Thanks for helping me cross off one more item on my bucket list. It was truly a hunt of a lifetime.
