Blue Sheep & Himalayan Tahr – Nepal

Still one of the best bargains available.  In Nepal, hunts are conducted in March/April and October/November, the dry periods.  You fly to Kathmandu, an adventure in itself, and are transferred by helicopter to a mountain village where a slow, three-day hike takes you into the high country.  You acclimate on the way to the high country.  Sherpas carry your load.  You carry only a walking stick.  Parties of three are perfect. Himalayan Tahr can also be added to this hunt.
