Aoudad Sheep

Aoudad were introduced to the Davis Mountains in west Texas over 50 years ago.  These animals are totally free-ranging and fair chase.  Parties of one to three hunters are fielded with ease.   Hunters should be prepared to use horseback, jeeps, and plenty of hard hiking.  Hunting is best January to April.  Javelina are also available.
